Speed Up Healing
Find Relief From Neck, Back, and Joint Pain with Chiropractic Care.
Prescription drugs do only one thing- temporarily cover up the pain and discomfort of aches and pains. Pain is an indication that something else is going on under the surface and can often be caused by pressure that is being placed on a nerve.
Chiropractic care provides fast results and can correct the problem. If no further damage is done, the pain should not come back again.
Living your best life starts with feeling your best
Our team of health professionals will first identify the root cause of your symptoms. Then we design a care plan that gets you back to feeling like yourself again. Vitality has a team of chiropractors that offer long-lasting pain management.
Pressure on nerves can cause pain and inflammation in almost every joint in the body. Chiropractic care can safely reduce nerve pressure so the body can heal faster. This helps reduce the need for drugs or painful cortisone injections.
Improved motion + function
Chiropractic adjustments can help a variety of conditions. These range from sports injuries to the pain of osteoarthritis. Adjustments are gentle and safe and work with the body's natural ability to heal.
Minimal recovery time
Chiropractic care helps patients recover quicker and get back to the life they want to live. Results can be seen in as little as one visit, but more severe cases will take a little longer. Often patients can avoid surgery if they seek Chiropractic care. Getting help needs to be done as early as possible so the problem does not get worse.

Learn more about Chiropractic Care
What Is Chiropractic Care?
Chiropractic is a type of alternative medicine that helps diagnose and treat mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors help people with conditions that affect general health via the nervous system. Chiropractic treatment involves manual therapy, manipulation of the spine, joints, and soft tissues. The assistance may also include health and lifestyle counseling.
How do I know it will work?
Vitality Integrative Wellness has over 18 years of experience helping patients just like you. These patients suffer from many conditions ranging from simple muscle strains and back pain to more severe conditions like arthritis and degenerative disc disease. We draw from our vast base of clinical knowledge to advise you on the best course of care.
During our consultation and exam, we work on getting to the root cause of your pain. We focus on addressing the root cause rather than treating the symptoms and will develop a customized care plan to meet your specific needs. If we feel we cannot help you, we will help you find an appropriate specialist who can.
What types of conditions respond to Chiropractic Medicine?
Some common conditions that Chiropractic Care may help are
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Knee pain
- Shoulder pain
- Degenerative disc disease
- Herniated or bulging discs
- Tennis elbow
- Golfers elbow
- Plantar fasciitis
How long until I notice results?
Every patient responds differently. Your doctor will discuss your specific expected results at the end of your initial exam. Our programs are designed to get results quickly so you can get back to living the life you want to live.
Is there any downtime or recovery period?
No. Chiropractic adjustments can be completed in as little as 10 minutes. Some procedures may take up to 30 minutes. After an adjustment, we recommend waiting 2 hours before performing weight-bearing exercises. This gives your body a chance to adapt to any realignment done at your visit.
Are my results permanent?
This is a highly complex question. If you do not re-injure the area in the future or cause any more damage, the results are long-lasting. That being said, nothing within your body can be considered permanent. Remember, our cells are constantly growing, changing, and dying. Your body will continue to age no matter how successful a chiropractic adjustment is. If you have a minor flare-up, see us for an adjustment within 24-48 hours after the flare-up occurs. Most conditions will resolve after one or two follow-up visits. Serious re-injury or letting the condition go on for too long may require more visits. Depending on the severity of the new injury, it may require a completely new program.
Does insurance cover this?
We accept PPO and Medicare Part B insurance plans. We do not take HMO insurance. We have cash payment plans to fit almost any budget. We are happy to check insurance benefits for you during your consultation.
